Vents

Norman Piette has a wide range of ventilation options to enable architects, specifiers and contractors to select the most appropriate solution for providing ventilation for a particular design. They are a leading manufacturer who supply high-quality universal vents, simplifying specifying and installation. Some are stocked including tile, fascia and soffit vents, and the entire range is available to order, which can be viewed in the brochure below.

Air Bricks

Air bricks, sometimes called air vents, are special bricks containing holes that allow air to enter under the floor of buildings that have suspended floors. Cavity walls also need ventilation to allow airflow that will prevent moisture build up.

Various sizes and types of air bricks are kept in stock.

Euroweep-Vent

Positioned within the perp joints between masonry. Their function is twofold. They act as a weep and also encourage the cavity to breathe.

Redland Dry Vent System

Providing a continuous weathertight ventilation path from the roof void to the outside. The system can also be easily converted when no high level ventilation is required at the ridge. The Cambrian Uni Angle and Half Round systems are both kept in stock and provide an exceptionally durable method of securing ridge tiles.
